But let's be real – Killer Instinct isn't for the faint of heart. It will have you not only setting PR’s, but also focusing so hard you can see your future. If you’re new to preworkout or have never experienced 300MG of DMHA before, this may not be the formula for you (see prelift, a much more friendly but effective preworkout).
